Quasar Lighting system
Hi: Got the light and it is an excellent system. However
by sending it UPS and not USPS they charged me a
brokerage fee of $17.10 plus tax. I import lead soldiers
from the US and UK all the time and use regular mail
service for exactly this reason. UPS always charges a
ridiculous rate for handling the parcel and makes it cost
almost double. I paid you US$33.02 for the product and
paid those idiots CDN $21.51! Just wanted to let you know.

going by what UPS told me. I will set up with the USPS on

Hi Greg,
Last week, May 17 we ordered the Colwood Detailer and four
pens. Order Number: 1643.

We received the order, it's great and very prompt. But
there was no Manual or information about the Detailer or
the pens, or any warranty information. Shouldn't there be a
manual with it? We are beginners with this system and feel
we need this information.

I tried to look up the information on the internet, but
did not locate any manual.

Thanks. We have received the wood burner and it works great. I made a wooden pen holder for on top that will also hold 5 tips to be out and ready when needed. I will next make a wooden carrying box that my wife will wood burn a design on both sides.
